Anyone who wants to shift those few extra pounds wants to do so as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program is becoming so popular – it claims that you can lose up to 9lbs in 11 days. So, naturally, I thought I’d better give it a go.
My story is pretty typical. The weight crept on so sneakily I didn’t even notice what was happening! But, after leaving student meals behind me and being with a man who loved to cook but had no idea of female portion sizes, the weight gain was soon apparent. I was devouring the man-size portions presented to me and no longer looked, or felt, like me.

Simple as that!
That’s what’s so great about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program – it’s just so easy to use. It breaks it down into really simple steps, and is written in plain English without the technical jargon that you’re often presented with on these types of plans. And best of all, it works! While I didn’t lose the 9lbs they claimed in the first 11 days, I wasn’t far off. If I’d have fully given the exercise a go (it’s recommended that you incorporate exercise into the plan to get the best results), I’m sure I would have been even closer to their estimation.
