How often have you maintained a balanced diet and joined a gym in the hopes of losing weight, only to become disappointed after months, perhaps even years of rigorous exercise, and go back to your unhealthy habits when you failed to accomplish your goals? In fact, it goes on to state that limiting carb intake can actually prove detrimental for weight loss. That came as a huge shocker to me till I began to understand the science behind fat burning.
